Hazard Mitigation Action Plan (HMAP)
The goal of the 2015 City of San Antonio Hazard Mitigation Action Plan (HMAP) is to minimize or eliminate the long-term risk to human life and property from known hazards by identifying and implementing cost-effective mitigation actions.

Regional Mutual Aid
The Regional Mutual Aid Guidebook was developed by the Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) Emergency Preparedness Division to promote the acceptance and implementation of the Regional Mutual Aid program.
